i had intercourse 2 days ago and it was rough .the next day i started slightly spotting pinkish stuff which has now turned into brown slimy stuff i am three to four weeks pregnant,and i am 17 years old. Is this normal and what is it?

Yes it is normal, the cervix gets very soft during pregnancy and if penetration was deep it can irritate it and that will cause spotting. The brown slim was old blood (from spotting) mixed with normal pregnancy discharge I am sure. I do however think that you should take it a bit easier next time. You do not need to avoid s_x all together, after all, you can finally do it without worrying about getting pregnant, but you should protect yourself AND your unborn child against STD's. Remember you are now making decisions for two!!! Good luck!
