Bleeding And Discharge Signs Of Miscarriage

Hi there, I'm around 6-7 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding for around a week now. The bleeding began as spotting and then went into a light period. It had turned into spotting again now - accompanied with a very foul smell! The blood is red a couple of times with small bits in it. Are these signs of a miscarriage? I have experienced no cramps or pains. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks
