Breast Feeding Or Any Infection

After I found out that I was pregnant I realized that my br___ts were getting bigger, (this is my first pregnancy) but my concern is that last week while I was taking a shower I realized that one of my nipples had a very small white sign in the center. Does that mean I have any kind of infection or is related to the milk which I beleive is a very early sign? Can you please give me a response in regards
