Do These Increase Your Chances Of Losing A Baby

I was pregnant about a year ago and I lost the baby during the fifth week. Now I’m pregnant again and I wonder what I did to cause the first miscarriage so I don’t repeat my mistakes. I exercise every day and I still have s_x. Do these increase your chances of losing a baby? Please advise, I’m so scared.

I'm sorry for your loss. I have miscarried too and I know it is painful. But it isn’t your fault. I read that one out of five pregnancies ends in miscarriage, especially if it’s your first time pregnant. Exercise and s_x are fine during PG (unless your doc says otherwise). But having one mc doesn’t mean you’ll have another. I had a healthy child not long after my mc and am expecting again. Talk to your doc and don’t blame yourself. Most of the time it’s nature’s way of preventing problems with a fetus, but that doesn’t make it hurt less. You’re not alone.

i HAVE SWOLLEN BREAST AND MY LAST PERIOD WAS DEC.21,2003. I HAD SPOTTING AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS MONTH BUT I HAVEN'T HAD A PERIOD. SO SHOULD I GO AND TAKE A TEST OR SHOULD I WAIT IT OUT

in regards to the lady aking if she shoyuld take a test i advise that u do as sometimes women experience a bit of spotting around the time that their period was due but are pregnant.

no you should worry about if you are going to have another miscarrige. I had one exactly like you said and lost it now am pregnant again and the doctor told me that eventhough you had a miscarriage before it doesnt mean you will have another one.

I know exactly how you feel. I also had the same experience in the same week in January. I was absolutly devastated and blamed myself, even though everyone told me not to. I am now 11.5 weeks pregnant and absolutely petrifed of the same thing happening again. I bled at 6 weeks and have have numerous pains. In every book I read I always turn to the warning signs and never read any further along than I am. My husband has now banned me from reading the books on my own and has hidden them! I have already had 4 scans with another one due in 4 days and still I keeps wondering whether everything is ok. I really hope everything works out for you.

Even i had a MC at 5 weeks abt a yr ago n i m preg again.Its not necessary that the 2nd preg also ends in a MC,Juts take it is positively that it was a natures way of throwing out a bad preg,I m sure u will do well,lets pray for both of us.
