Is it ok to have chinese food with MSG in it?

The jury is till out on this one. Some studies say it is not harmful others say it is. So to be on the safe side I have avioded it all together. You can ask for your chinese food to be prepared without MSG. Did you know even Cheetos have MSG?!?!!?
