I am 11 weeks along, and having extreme nausea/dizziness. Everything is going well with the pregnancy, and I am on a prescription for the nausea, but it doesn't always help. Another girl in my office is pregnant, and she hasn't missed any work, but I have already had to miss 2 days. I know every pregnancy is different, but I still feel guilty for having to miss work. I don't know what to do to put my mind at ease about this.

Why don't you talk to your boss about your feelings. It will make you feel better just to let him/her know that you are concerned about your job.

Don't feel guilty Heather. You have to do what is best for you and your baby. Some women don't have morning sickness. Hang in there. Good Luck

I have also been feeling very sick--I have been using my holidays for my sick days. I think I have alredy used 6 days and I am only 15 weeks along. I have been very nausea even with the medication and trying to do my best at work with this situation. I wouldn't worry, there is nothing you can do and your work will have to understand. My boss told me it was all in my head, it really upset me at first but then I figured he was just uneducated in this area and I just ignore him now.
Take care and hang in there--in the end we win with a beautiful child.
