When can I expect to feel the first fetal movements? I´m 11 weeks and am starting to feel something like a twitch. It could be my intestines or it could be baby. any ideas?

same here my stomach is even gettin bigger but pg urine test says neg. somthing is goin on

If this is your first pregnancy, you probably won't begin to feel movements until between the 18th and 20th week. To explain what it feels like is extremly difficult... almost like somthing tickling you from the inside (tho it's not like a tickle that is going to make you giggle like crazy! just that light touch of a tickle). After that, the feelings just get stronger and stronger and start feeling similar to a strong gas bubble (without pain) and then it will be litterally someone kicking from the inside out! Unfortunatly... at 11 weeks, what ever you're feeling is likely just gas. For more information... check out all4mom.com and good luck with your pregnancy!
