How To Help Lack Of Sleep

I am currently 9 weeks. In the evenings (while I'm asleep), my br___t become extremely tender (moreso than normal) and get a lot of stomach cramping. Then it goes away once I leave for work the next morning. Is there a reason it feels this way while I'm asleep. This has been making it difficult for me to have a good night's sleep. On top of that, my stomach always gets that "empty" feeling in the middle of the night... I'm constantly tossing & turning to find a comfortable position... and sometimes I wake up just not feel sleepy anymore. I've cut down on nap time and tried to take small walks after work. But I just can't seem to get a good night's rest. I'm dead tired by the time I have to get up for work in the a.m. Any comments or suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!
