HI Kim, Glad to see your mail and pls never ever say sorry. I understand, everybody gets busy once in a while. However, make sure you take rest also. My appointment with two new docs, March 21st/22nd. We will choose one after the first meeting. So same as yours. Very mild cramps, no bleeding, I am not using progesterone. Heartburn bothers me. I just feel heavy. Do you toss and turn at night? Sometimes suddenly when I forget that I am pregnant, I toss so quickly and I find sometimes on my stomach, but sometimes when I toss so fast, it hurts for 2 secs. also, does your stomach area feels hard already? mine, I did not notice before pregnancy, so I can't say, but there is a light line starting from the navel going downwards. Also, for some of my long dresses, my b___st size has already gone up? I was surprised. Anyhow, let me know how you are doing, whenever you get time. No hurries. all the best dear, don't work too hard.

Thanks for responding on the other forum as well. Yes, I kept thinking not to worry, since the doc did not comment anything about it. Do you have any cravings yet?

Hey Avi... I totally know what you mean about the tossing and turning at night. I have not slept in my bed since wk. 6. I can not get comfortable and every night my husband would wake me up and tell me that I was on my stumach. It turned out that the only way I could fall asleep was on my stumach. So now, I sleep on the couch which is actually very comfortable besides me sinking into the cushions and me getting up to pee every 2-3 hours. On the couch I cant sleep on my stomach even if i tried. I have heard about the line from you navel down to the pelvic area... its called Linea Nigra. I dont have it from my belly b___ton down but I am getting darkened areas around my nipples. My symptoms have subsided and my nausea is gone but I am still throwing up atleast once a day. I start to couch, then i gag, then i throw up even though I was not nauseas. does that make sense to you... how is your nausea. Is it still there? My apt. with new doc. is on Tues. March 21st. I have to switch docs. because my fertility doc. does not do deliveries. She said she only makes the babies... so she referred me to a obgyn months ago and he has worked closely with her while we were trying to concieve. Even though it turned out that I got pregnant while I was taking a break from the whole pregnancy thing. LOL.. yup thats right. 8 months of fertility treatments and nothing. I decided to take a break and regroup so my husband and I could spark up the romance again and after 2 months with no pills, no treatments, no monitoring and not painful negative pregnancy tests... oh and a large bottle of wine. We got pregnant. I am starting to realize that G-D works in mysterious ways and that murphy's law does exsist. Ok well i should probably start my day, I have a load of work to get done and some meetings I am holding this afternoon. Take care darlin... oh yeah.... how come you are switching docs? Oh yeah.... how come you are off the progesterone? How long have you been off it? My doc told me to stop at wk. 10. Did you doc. say why? How about the discharge is it still there even though you are not on the progesterone. :) have a great day!!!!!

Hi Kim, Since the last u/s my doc said that I can leave the progesterone. So I did not use it since one week. However, I have it worth 3 weeks with me. I thinking just using it in the first trimester won't harm eh? I am in the same boat as you. I meant we are looking for obgyn, sorry. b/c of my thyroid problem I contacted this doc, who happened to be a gyn also along with an endocrinologist. She doesn't deliver the babies, so we are also looking for a new one. Okay, now sleeping on tummy is bad for nwo? I am doing that almost everyday? Also, apart from the symptoms, I don't even feel pregnant anymore? sometimes I get scared, if all is fine. I have no nausea, but I feel like it later in the day with heartburn and gas. I feel so bloated that I can't eat dinner properly. do you drink enough water? Have a nice day Kim. take Care

Another question for you KIm, I can't feel my uterus by touching yet? My tummy is still soft. Also, after the next appointment, I might buy the fetal heart rate monitor.

Hi Avi...Once again another busy day. However, my husband is making me slow down a bit. I agree with him. I need to slow it down and relax some. I wouldnt worry about using the progesterone. My doc. said up until wk. 10 is ok. that is when she is taking me off it. I know what you mean about not feeling pregnant and getting scare. i am the same way... I wish i could just enjoy being pregnant but I have so many worries and concerns. I dont think that at about 9 wks. 4 days you can feel your uterus yet. From what I have read and my friends i have talked to they started feeling something right about at 12 wks. and started shopign for maternity clothe at about 16 wks. I wont buy anything for the pregnancy yet. I wont even buy a sports bra. I have a big fear that I am going to jinx something. i know its crazy but I cant help it. I try to drink water but I truely hate it. I never have been a water person. I did however cut from like 5-6 diet cokes a day to 0. All i drink is tea and mineral water. I dont even crave it anymore. I have had my first craving... believe it or not it was cottage cheese and lima beans. :) I know it sounds gross but I had them on top of a bed of spinach and it was yummy. LOL... my husband was so grossed out. But he said he is prepared for anything. I was considering the heart monitor as well but I am going to talk with my doc and see the risks if any. I am curious about whether using it to much can harm the baby or something. Hi Kim, Weekend went busy asusual. Yesterday, after the other shopping stuff, we went to costco, gathered items for like more than one hour and at the end..our bank card won't work. Costco doesn't accept credit cards. Then we called the bank customer service and they told us that they locked our account b/c of some suspicious activity. I was like wow! It has all the earnings. So today we are gonna close it and open another new account. So be careful always. However, I wonder bank card is a debit/master card. Mostly, we use credit cards and debit card sometimes. It has happened with my husbands credit card also. Anyhow, then my husband's very good friend called. First he spoke casually, then he mentioned there is some bad news. I got scared, but then he mentioned that him and his wife are splitting up. They were married for year and a half. His wife is a psychiatrist, but she herself diagnosed with bipolar disorder...she would just go somewhere in the middle of the night w/o him knowing. Sometimes she said she doesn't know and she told him that he sould accept her just the way she is. anyhow, she told him to leave the new big house (according to her lawyer)that they had just pruchased. So the whole evening went in counselling. I think pregnancy is doing fine. I don't feel anything except the sore b___sts, heartburn, bloated late in the afternoon and very tired. Thank God no bleeding anymore. Any new cravings? or still munching on beans and cottage cheese? this morning after brushing, I threw up again. About the fetal heart monitor, I will also ask the doc and I think there is no harm in usig them everyday, but still we should ask. This weekend I asked my husband that after delivery...how many days after can we have s_x. He goes my dear we can have s_x before delivery also. I jsut burst into laugh that my question right now is about after delivery. these days our best time for each other is just before going to the bed. My in -laws are here so we cannot be cozy infront of them, I like to touch his bum from behind once in a while and then he gets back at me. These days we play games like these, obviously parents are there, but they dunno. Oh yeah, I was wondering how is your cold now? Is it fully gone? Have a nice day! Hi Avi... great to hear from you. Let me just tell you, I LOVE COSTCO. My husband and I were there last thursday and we spent like $300 on well, JUNK. Laugh... no we got food and stuff but I didnt realize how much we actually bought. We have had several problems with out bank since we moved to VA. We use Bank of America. I used to use Mercantile but my husband had been with Bank of America for like 9 years so we just transferred everything to there. I was so sorry to hear about you friends that are splitting up. I majored in psych so i know about bi polar disorder. It can really take a toll on some and those around them. Sometime the people with the condition can not even function in every day reality and make there own drama to make things seem right in there heads. I hope that she gets the help that she needs and they are able to get through this. I know if they got married that they truely loved each other, so hopefully they have a chance at a reconsiliation. As far as my symptoms go... sore breats, heartburn and nausea at 3 different points during the day... 8:30, 12:30 and 4:00ish. I figured it was because I was getting hungry but even after i eat somethign I am still nauseas. I still have a little bit of a cough, but i wonder how much of that is coming from my gaging and throwing up. My cold is gone but my couch seems to be lingering. When you throw up is it from nausea or do you just throw up from gaging? After you throw up do you feel better or still sick? My hubby and I spoke about s_x 2 nights ago and I asked him if I would ever get it again... he said that after month 4 he will be ok. However, I know him... the further along i get the further along s_x gets from his mind. He wont be able to. I dont blame him and I respect that. However, it does make me wonder why it doesnt bother him as much as it bothers me? You should not have to worry about not getting cozy infront of your in-laws... you are married, your aloud and you should be proud of that fact. show them your in LOVE and that you two are the most perfect people in the world for each other. I am so nervous for our appt. tomorrow. What time is yours? Mine is at 2:15pm my time which is 11:15 your time I think? Please keep me posted on what happens tomorrow. Hi Avi... Just wanted to see how your appt. went today. My doc. was great. He spent so much time with us and made me feel so comfortable. They did another sonogram today and everything looked good he said. I have another sonopic. If you got one let me know and we can trade again. I hope that all went well with you. HI Kim, As this was the first appointment with the doc. He asked several questions, no u/s this time. He scheduled me for it on April 4th. He wanted some bloodwork done. He checked the heartbeat. It sounded great. so that was about it. I got sooo tired yesterday that at night just fell asleep on the sofa. Hi Avi...Glad to know you appt. went well today. I wanted to hear the heartbeat but the doc. said he was going to do a U/S and I wanted to see that to. So I had the U/S done and was able to see the baby alot clearer this time. It got so big compared to last one. How did you appt. go? Did you like you doc? My doc was very good. He sat with me and my husband and talked with us like time was no object. He walked into his office after the U/S said meet me in there, got his coffee and some stuff for us to read and spent a while with us just answering questions and giving advice. He made me feel so comfortable. He also said that once you hit 10 wks. the chance of M/C goes down to 2-3% and when you hit 12-13 wks. it goes down to 1% which is the lowest it will be through out the rest of your pregnancy. I have my m/s down to a science. I get nauseas at 8:30am, 12:30pm and 4:30pm give or take a hour or so. But If I eat then teh nauseas goes away however, if i dont throw up during one of those times then from the 4:30pm on... I feel like complete c___p. This happens about every 2-3 days. I do get headaches and they last for hours. Sometime overnight and I wake up with it. But then it goes away and it was like it was never there. It has to do with the hormones and the levels changing in your body. I am going to send you the u/s photo to your email. Hope that you have a good day. Look forward to hearing back from you. XO

HI Kim, nice to see your reply. Yesterday was the most c___ppiest day of all during my pregnancy. I had nausea all day long with such strong headache. Finally in the evening I threw up and later ate very less dinner b/c I still had the feeling. I took one tylenol for headache. There is still some headache and nausea in the morning. I bought crackers yesterday, so I eat just one. My DH's mom said to drink gatorade or lemon water. So that is it. We both like the doc b/c seemed very detailed oriented. Today I will go shopping with my mom in law. Tomorrow my parents are coming for theweekend from Canada. My dad has some business meeting. I am excited. You have a nice day and weekend ahead. I think I will be able to reply on Monday now, can't wait to see your little one's pic. Guess what, we can dress our kids as little pumpkins in Oct. Sometimes these days I get so excited, then there is fear....all mixed feelings now.

You know I wanted to ask you about the fetal heartrate monitor. I totally forgot to mention it to my doc, but I am still for it to buy it. What about you? Let me know, if you have some info on it. Hi Avi...How was your weekend with your visitors? I had a crazy weekend with friends that came in from out of town. I tried so hard to entertain but all i wanted to do was throw up. This was such a bad weekend for nausea. I had it all day and threw up everytime I ate. What I am hoping is that its going to start winding down now that we are getting close to the end of the 1st. trimester. I didnt get a chance to ask my doc. about the home doppler because he was packing my head full of so much information thatI total forgot. However, I am going to call him today at some point. Oh i did have a question for you... ARE U STILL CRAMPING? I am still have a little cramping and that scares me. I wonder when we will be able to fully feel the baby move... i friends that say like 14 wks. and others say right around 12. I put my hand on my belly every nights in hopes that i will feel something. I know its there i just want to feel it inside me. :) Well i should get my day started looking forward to hear back from you and I hope that you nausea as subsidded a little.
