I used a doppler for the first time today. I distintively heard the placentas "Swoosh" sounds at both left and right side of my abdomen really loudly with a quiet period in between. Unfortunately did not hear the heartbeat which has me a bit worried but I understand its hard to dectect on occassions. Why can I hear the placenta loudly at two alternative positions? I'm 13 weeks pregnant
