2 Months Past Period But No Positive Result

Its bn 2 mnths since my last period and nothing is showing.I have irregular periods and read that irregular periods don't hinder pregnancy. I had pains in my lower abdominal area and thot its implantation pain. I took a home preg test and it tested negative. I'm afraid to take another1 for fear of being disappointed. Am going out of my mind. How long do the signs of pregnancy start to show after implantation ? What cld be wrong wit me if the next test sayz negative. How are irregular menses treated?

Irregular periods mean that is more difficult to know when you are ovulating, and thus when best to have s_x. Learn your signs of ovulation including fertile (stretchy) mucus, cervix soft high open wide, libido high, and ovulation cramp. As a last resort, try temperature charting. Some early signs of pregnancy start about the same time as implantation, about 5 days after ovulation. You need to wait a good week after early signs start before testing. The doc can help you with drugs to help irregular menses.
