Intramural Fibroid Please Help

Hi All, Im in my 23 week of pregnancy and last week i have undergone a ultrasound scan and they found out im having an Intramural fibroid in 61 mm, Im very worried, docter havent given me any special treatement for the same.. will this will affect my baby growth...........Please help
