Lots Of Weird Stuff Going On

i have slight nose bleeds in the morning, eyes are blood shot, i cant sleep at night. i have hugee headaches that are on the left and right side of my forehead and above my ears, i havent had my period since march - the past few months on my period week of birth control it's a brownish stuff idk what to call it and it only lasts for like an hour or two, my pelvic area and lower back are killing me, my stomach has pushed out and it looks like I'm preg but I took a test and it says im not
