Hello everyone :)
Just wanted to ask, could you be pregnant and experience no signs of pregnancy at all? not a single one?
Because I'm very anxious about my situation here. About two months ago I had unsafe s_x, but the next day I took emergency contraception pills. Everything seemed ok, except my period started two weeks earlier (in the description of the pills it said that period could be too early or too late). I took about 3 different home pregnancy tests, all of them after every few weeks, and all of them where negative. Now my period is normal, I haven't missed any of it, it lasts for about 3-4 days, and it's normal like always. But I just can't shake the feeling that something is not right with me, even though I don't experience any signs. Except I gained 2 kilos, but I always gain and loose it, I'm a bit lazy on these weeks. Also even though my period is normal, I've read that you can still bleed during pregnancy.
Yesterday I started feeling small twitchings all over my lower belly, and of course started worrying could this be fetus moving? I know that it's a bit too early for fetus to be moving, so I started worrying maybe I got pregnant before the unsafe s_x, but we always used condoms.
Or could this simply be gas? because it feels that way, it's not a "bubbly" feeling like I've read, it's just small muscle spasms or gas, and they don't appear that often.
I'm just very paranoid about this :(
I need some words of wisdom, thank you for any answers.

Why not take another pregnancy test just to be sure. The hCG hormone doubles every few days and a test would almost surely be positive by now. Might you have gotten pregnant from a condom mishap more recently? You sure don't sound pregnant. Good luck!

Hi Grandpa Viv, thank you for your answer.
Like you suggested, I took another test today in the morning, and it was negative.
Also, I had no s_x in my last two months, and I don't think we had any condom mishap, I always checked them after.
Those twitchings now aren't that often, but they still happen, they were strong for maybe two days, that's when I got worried.
I checked on the internet, and these odd feelings in abdomen, muscle spasms, could happen for many reasons, could be because of stress, lack of movement, gas problems or even it could be a sign of a cyst. Also I've read that some women have such twitches when they are ovulating. Well, I was ovulating as well when this happened for me. I'm confused if these sensations are normal then.
