I am afraid that I might be starting early menopause but I could also be pregnant I havent gotten my period this month and tommorow is the last day of the month I don't how to tell if it could be pregnancy or early menopause pleaze help

Simple, take a pregnancy test. And yes, you can be pregnant while going through menopause. If you are fertile, you are fertile.
