is it common to feel anxiety in early pregnancy? I have also had a really hard time sleeping is this normal?

somtimes it hard to sleep or get comfortable at night with all the activity in your belly, have you tryed extra soft pillows or soothing ocean sound music?

Sa u prepare for your new baby, small things will tend to stress you out and mae you worry. Just relax and enjoy being pregnant. If you have a hard time sleeping, try and read a good book in bed or listen to soothing music, like lullaby music. If none of these ideas seem to work, you should consult with your doctor, maybe he can locate the source of anxiety. But many women go through this, just take extra time to relax.

I have anxiety disorder, and have for 2 years. I am now 35 weeks pregnant and the symptoms are a bit high now. I take meds for the anxiety which the doctor said was ok during pregnancy, thank goodness, but I wish the symptoms of shortness of breath, negativity, and lightness would go away. So how are you feeling and what symptoms do you have regarding the anxiety.
