How Sure Are Home Pregnancy Tests

my last period was may 7th. i took 3 ept tests two days ago at 3 different times of the day and they all said yes. the earliest the gyno can see me is july 13th. how accurate are the home tests? and is abdominal cramping normal (with out spotting or bleeding?

If they say yes, then yes it is. They only err on the negative side. The cramping is normal. You can be pushy if you want to get earlier. If you're willing to sit in the office and wait they'll squeeze you in. Just tell them you're concerned about the cramping and want to be seen today.
