Low Hcg Levels And Bleeding

Hello ladies.. I am new on here and a little worried. I am 4 weeks 5 days I had my first hcg level it was 105 then my second was 145 I think the nurse said I go tomorrow for the next one and they are going to check my beta as well. Is anyone out there with the same kind of issue. I am worried because it didnt double. Thanks so much
