Perhaps you had an "in pregnancy" bleed in June, lighter and shorter than usual? Early pregnancy signs often start a week before the expected period, if that gives any clue - fatigue, peeing more, weird cramps, appet_te, smells, lotion discharge. More dates would help - the last few periods, and when you got a positive test. Your first trimester ultrasound will date the pregnancy to within a few days. GL!
