I hate being that person, but I'm struggling right now. I had s_x with my husband the week after my period last month (March 18 to March 23 once almost everyday.) We did not use a condom, but instead used the pullout method. I am now nine days late and have taken two tests, both negative. I don't know if it is even possible for pregnancy during that window of time because I was not ovulating at that point. I am debating waiting another week and testing again or just go have a blood test done. We were trying for a few months, and decided to stop putting pressure on ourselves so this would be great. About three days before I was suppose to start my period I had some bloody cervical mucus at one point but it only lasted a couple hours. I have been more sensitive to smells lately and my stomach has been pretty upset after I eat.

The week after your period ends gets close enough to ovulation that pregnancy is possible. You have several early signs, not the least the missed period. Add a bit of unusual fatigue, weird cramps, lotion discharge, more peeing, b___b and nip changes and I would say another test or two is justified. Leave several days between one test and the next - the hormone is supposed to double in that time. GL!
