ADVICE TO TAKE ECOSPRIN.iS IT HARMFUL TO BABY.WHAT DOES IT DO ?

I'm not sure what ecosprin is... but if it contains aspirin, you should probably avoid it. Everything I've read indicates that the safest pain reliever during pregnancy is Tylenol (acetaminophen), so I'd stick with that, unless your doctor prescribes something else.
