My husband and I are at a point now where we are deciding whether to have a 3rd baby or not. Our first 2 were only 12 mths and 5 days apart which was not exactly the plan but it was a nice surprise all the same. During both births I had terrible tearing and during the second labour I haemorrhaged and lost over 1.5lts of blood due to va___al varicose veins splitting before he even crowned. Since the birth (over 10 mths ago) i have still had a lot of pain and feeling of heaviness with bulging veins, particularly when I have my period and I just wondered whether it would be worth taking the risk of having a natural labour again? I feel as though if a doctor was to not let me have a c-section I would not have another baby because I am petrified of bleeding to death!
