its says i concieved on or around feb 4th .. my last period was around the 20th of january.. today is marh 7th its says i am 7 weeks pregnate.. it dont add up..

What says that? If your last period was Jan 20th you likely conceived from s_x about Feb 3rd. Since they count pregnancy from the first day of your last period you would be 7 weeks next Sunday, due date about Oct 27th.
