I am 27 weeks pregnant w/prolapsed uterus. I feels as though it is falling out. Is this possible?

My mom had a prolapsed uterus by her 5th child she delivered and everything was fine eventually when she turned 50 she had to have a hysterectomy to remove the uterus because it had hit the point where it was almost coming out now she is doing fine good luck
