Thinner Stool During Pregnancy HELP PLZ

Im scared! Im on my 8th week and been experiencing for a couple of weeks now a change in by bowel movement! most apparent was the change in size! i mean, these ones are a lot thinner, almost pencil-thin stool! also, i always feel bloated and have painful cramps. IS THIS NORMAL? or IS this sign of any other medical condition? please help....
