My 5 month old is almost always congested, not her nose tho just her throat... she is always trying to clear it... some ppl have said it is because of the formula... does anyone else have this issue??

my baby is always sounding that he's trying to cough up something.. Even when he sleeps, he snores. he breathes very loudly too. but whne i went for the checkup, all's well.. he still does that on a daily basis but it doesn't seem to bother him. and i feed him b___stmilk.
