Has anyone else been told that their child may have DDH (developmental dysplagia (spelling might be dysplasia) of the hip)?

I think my nephew had it almost 19 years ago he had to wear a brace for 6 months on his leg I think that is what I remember.

Lisa, thanks for writing back to me. I had it as a child and was hoping a praying that my little one wouldn't get it. We go for an ultrasound tomorrow to see if she has it or not. God I hope she doesn't have it.
