Pampers Swaddlers have stretchy tapes, but they don't have an elastic waistband. Huggies have an elastic waistband, at least the newborn ones do.

I don't know how old your baby is, but I love the cruisers made by pampers! Perfect for little kicking legs.

I use pampers baby dry. They don't have elasticated waistband, but they can hold alot. Huggies baby shape fit are great too.
