Exersaucer WooHoo

I just bought the Evenflo Exersaucer Ultra and my 3.5 month old loves it. I recommend it, especially if your baby is wanting to stand. Don't worry if your baby isn't 4 months old when you buy one. As long as they can hold their head up, it will work. You can try it out at Babies R Us. I was getting worried that he was laying down to much, and doing nothing. He loves the fact that he can be in an upright position.

I can't wait to buy one of those!! My son can't hold his head up totally yet, but as soon as he can I know he will love it! He is so active and wants to see everything. Where did you get it?

Yeah its great!!! I would highly recommend an exersaucer!!! Save up girls!!! Exersaucer is a little pricey. Mines cost almost $100...I know!! Well worth the money!!!......Target, Walmart, and Kmart sell them.

Do they have to be able to sit up or just hold their heads up? I bet my peanut would love that! She doesn;t mind laying down for a little while on this play mat doohicky thingy I got for her but she gets so bored. She doesn't like the swing either and the bouncy chair is only good for about 15 mins. Hates the car too. My kids a freak. lol I hope that Exersaucer thingy works. Thanks for the tip E.

Hi Ladies, I bought mine at Babies R Us, for $100. They start at $59.99. They only need to be able to support their head, and they do not need to know how to sit up. The seat is really supportive and it is such a kick to watch Aja while he thinks he is standing in his own. You can pull the Exersaucer from the shelf and put your baby in it, to try it out. At least where I bought mine you can. I know what you mean P, about them getting bored on their backs. I felt like it was time for something new, and more challenging:)

I bought one for my daughter at the thrift store for $8. The fabric seat is removable so you can wash it. We got a ton of use out of it, then pa__sed it along to another family.

Jbear, $8!!! I'm p__sed!!!...heeheee....Lucky you, mines is sitting in the bas____nt. Hopefully, DH and i will have another baby to play in it again. Good bargain shopping...I need to learn that.

Bargain shopping is the only kind I can do...not really a skill, but a necessity. I'll have to buy another exersaucer for this baby, but when I was at goodwill last week, they had three. I'm sure they'll have one when I need it.

We just recently started trying our 3 and a half month old girl in her exersaucer she likes it too but she plays so hard when she's in it she gets tired fast she can hold her head up good but is still working on controlling her back she bobs back and forth but I'm sure it's good for her to work up those back muscels.

We have an exersaucer for her older sister but for some reason my girl slips thru the leg holes of all the toys. She is three months old and loves to stand but I get tired of holing her upright real quick and I tried to put her in a jumper but she slipped thru the leg hole evenw hen I padded everything with blankets she did a couple bounces then started to slip. Im at my wits end. I will have to take a trip to babiesrus to see if they have the one your all talking about and see if she will sort of fit

We have to add some blankets, front and back for padding also. Aja has a hard time holding himself up and also bobs back and forth. He tires after 10 minutes due to sensory overload. Still, I think this is far more challenging than leaving him laying down, staring up at something all day. He can stay put in his saucer long enough for me to take a shower, which is worth the money to me:) The exersaucer has a cell phone and a rolodex, so we call it his "office".
