I am exclusively B--tfeeding and have returned to work. If I need to supplement because of my milk being a little less, can I just give my son some formula, or do I need to mix it with br___t milk? What is the the best way to go about this?

I would just mix the formula with water as the directions say, and only supplement when absolutly neccisary like when the sitter runs out of bottles of expressed milk or when baby doesnt seem satisfied after nursing for long periods of time just make sure someone other than you gives the first bottle baby will take it better. I would recomend parants chioce with lipids my doughter thrived on it when i couldnt nures and she hasnt been sick once(knock on wood) and she is 5 months old

If you're worried about diminishing supply, try some fenugreek or blessed thistle...I've heard rave reviews about both...only thing, the fenugreek gives you a slight odor, like licorice or something.
