His Appetite Came Full Force

Well I had complaining about my son not eating. well today he has been eating every two hours..I even ran out of br___t milk. Had to give him a couple of bottles of formula. He will be 4 months next week...is this a growth spurt? has this happened to anyone else? Not eating much for 3 weeks it almost seemed like he didnt like my br___t milk but today he cant get enough of it.
