Hey Monica, I found that the book the Secrets of the Baby Whisperer to be really helpful re napping etc and schedules. My little guy is almost 4 months and goes to bed around 7:30, gets a dream feed at 10 and then sleeps til 6 or 7 and then has a nap at about 8:30 for 45 mins, another one around noon for about the same amount of time and then a long one around 3:30 - for 2 or 3 hours. The book basically suggests eat, activity and then sleep - kinda like how we adults do things! I think it works very well!!!! They like schedules and this way they know, I eat, I play, I sleep, I eat, I play...etc!

I am her with you Karen,Jesse either sleeps through the night or wakes up 1 time so thats pretty good, but during the day he is "unpredictable".

my daughter goes to bed anywhere from 730 to 830 talks to her toys then crashes, wakes anywhere from 630 to 730, day time, a nap around 10ish for 2 to 3 hrs, sometimes maybe 20 mins only if theres a burp bugging her, afternoon 330 or so til around 5. Then later bathed and back in bed around 730, 8 ish. At the same time everyday is different although nite time is usually on schedule, different meaning we may go out, she may sleep less, last longer etc etc.......

well let him sleep his 1/2hour, than if he wakes up and cries a little, try letting him cry for 5-10mintues. maybe he will fall back asleep and sleep a little longer
