Is He Suppose To Be Doing This

Ok my son is 2 1/2 months old now and he's been rolling across the floor since he was about mm 5 or 6 weeks old, and when i mean roll i mean 5 or 6 rolls at one time.. and now at about 8 weeks he scoots, he can scoot himself from one end of the blanket(that we place on the floor) to the other. He does it while in his crib as well. Isnt he a little young?
I was assuming it was a little young when my pediatritian just about had heartattack when she saw him doing this on the little table at his two month appt. lol.. just wondering if maybe it is normal, or if i just have an advanced lil man? Thanks..

That's so cute! I think in general its a little young, but all kids are different! Sounds like you have a mover and a shaker!

That's great! And, sorry momma, sounds like you have quite the little athlete on your hands...my girl's 4 months and still not rolling back to front yet, much less scooting.

I'm jealous!! (meant lovingly) My daughter hates being on her tummy.(2 mos. old) I'm worried she'll never do those things. Your son seems advanced- that's great. You may be casing him aroud the house by 9 mos.!!!!!!

Hey katie, lots of babies hate it, mine still isnt thrilled at the idea and she is 6 mths, she will be on her tummy but again she can take it or leave it
