Oh Lissi, I feel your pain!! It's terrible to see your baby in pain, let alone when you're an accomplice to it! Just remember that you've got your baby's best interests at heart. Definitely a good idea to keep some pain relief on hand, and of course, lots of TLC! Hi Tiffani - welcome to the infant care forum, finally! We've all been waiting for you! How is Dylan doing? How are YOU?

Hi Lissi and CEM. I'm glad to finally be here. Can't chat much right now, have to pack up the boys and go pick up Hailee from preschool. I'll try to get back on tomorrow. We're all doing great by the way, thanks for asking! :o)

Oh poor little sweetie. I hate shots. Logan has his on Monday, and has to get more in a month. :o( I hate to see babies hurt. I'm so sorry to hear about her bad after-affects. Thankfully Logan didn't get sore or cry too long after. I think the ones who give the shots are very brave. I even cry at the thought of making little ones cry. How big was she? Well, I hope she feels better soon.

She had a long sleep, and she's much better now thanks. She even gave us some smiles! :)

Same here too Lissi...my son just had his vaccine shots too and it was hell, he was a sleep too and that stone hearted nurse inserted those damm needels in his tiny legs..he screamed like any thing and chocked himself, i couldn't stop myself and started crying too the nurse got worried and told me i'm not hurting him but it's must for him and every baby goes through it..i told her i know but just can't help it..my husband comforted me and i tried to be strong coz i have to take care my baby..we are 1st time parents too and we freaked out too but i gave my son some Tylenol for pain and fever and he is doing much better now..be strong and she will be fine every baby go through this just love her and she will do well...

Thanks. :) Next time I think I'll get DH to take the day off, so he can play the villain, and I can be the angel who runs to her rescue afterwards.

Oh Lissi I now how you feel. Same thing happend to me. I cried the whole time. He just stared at me with those "help me mama" eyes. I told my bf he has to go next time cause I can not bare it. I wanted to kill that nurse. Nothing she did . She was actually very kind and patient.
