...is a great book if anyone is looking for one. Do a google and a couple sites sell it. Aja's favorite made-up song (by dh) is "Wormy Wormy Wormy, Wormy Wormy Wormy, Worms are fun, they live in the dirt, worms are long, they are not strong...". It's a weird song but it gets his attention when we need it most:)

awww, that's adorable. my stepdad did the same with my little sis to a book about a chick trying to find it's mother "and the chick went peep peep peep, peep peep peep, peep peep peep..."

cute!! its fun to make up songs about their favorite books. dh is a wonderful musician so he gets out the guitar and all and goes to town.

My step dad always plays the guitar for Lucas and sings with him. My mom and step dad have an organ that they let him "play". He absolutely loves it. I make up little songs all day long! He has some, the 2 dogs each have their own made up songs. We really don't need too much to amuse ourselves!

OK I thought I was probably the only bored mom that made up songs about books. We have a song for the Are You My Mother book and one for Good Night Moon and then a few other books. Amaya gets a cute little grin when we go to her bookshelf like she knows the song and book are coming! lol
