Id like to know from other mothers experieces about drinking while br___t feeding. Ive heard so many different things like.....a little is ok or wait 4 hours or when your not buzzed its ok BUT i want to knw your guys experiences if any of you have done it and what you thought or what youve heard

I would love to have a drink, but I'm pretty sure the husband would never forgive me...lol...sorry, this doesn't help.

I had half a bottle of beer and waited a few hours to feed my son. I think he was around 6-8 weeks old. It's the one and only time I did so.

I had a gla__s of wine on a couple of occasions while b___stfeeding. I fed the baby first. There didn't seem to be any problems afterwards, apart from the fact that i just wanted to go to sleep. lol If you are concerned, I would wait a few hours before feeding the baby again. I am sure there is heaps of information on the net that can advise you about the health and safety aspects

I went out the other night and I pumped before I left. I had 3 beers over 3 1/2 hours. When I got home I pumped and dumped. Two hours later I fed her and she seems fine.
