monica Anna will be four months exactly on Sunday with her doc appt coming up on the 19th. She's been a little crabby at night because of teething... no teeth yet, but all the signs are there. She's a lot more fun during the day though as she started to grab things! How is Caleb? Is he on size 3 diapers yet?

they say they have teething signs months before the tooth actually comes out....Caleb still has a bit of cold. stuffy and runny nose. He has been in size 3 diapers for over a month and now beginning to fit a little snug. He doesnt eat too much so I dont know why he is so big. Plus now I am not sure if you remember I use to be able to put him in his crib at night awake but now he can roll over from back to stomach and not roll back to his back. So if he is not comepletly sleepy when I put him to bed then he will roll and get himself fustrated. Is Anna sleeping through the night?

monica Anna has not been sleeping well. In addition to the teething there are too many disturbances in the city that interfere with her sleep... car alarms, FDNY, drunks, you name it! The other day I had to push someone to the ground because he was charging towards the stroller and he was certainly nuts... scary moment, but what if Lisa was alone with the baby? How about Caleb with his sleep? Narcissus, what I told monica plus the fact that NY is on the terrorists "A List" makes us seriously consider moving. It's one thing if we put our lives in harm's way, but with a baby things change. Plus the things the city is good for are best suited for single and younger people :) I'll be working in brand new offices out in west NJ, so there is little reason to do the reverse commute. We'll miss the city's conveniences, but we'll get much more in return..... houses around there are build on huge pieces of land! It will be an adjustment period but we gott do it for Anna. How are you doing with your TMJ? Also is Aja trying to walk yet?

goodmorning everyone!!!Yawn...i am still on my first cup of coffee!!! Thank you Monica for your compliment,how is Caleb doing this morning? Are you still dreamfeeding? -BBK,i know its a big adjustment to move out of the city,but i think you are doing the right thing!!! I live 25 min from the city,but i would not like to live there.I used to,but after a while i didn't miss it.So you think Anna is teething huh, what are you giving her? Jesse is 14 weeks today,so in the next couple ofweeks he may do that as well!!! He is feeling better this morning,and his "wee-wee"looks pretty good.He was awake all day yesterday,but he slept in my opinion too much!! He went to sleep at 7.00 pm and slept till 2.00 am,b/c i woke him up,then i kept him awake for a good hour and he went to sleep till6.30 then back at 7.00 till 8.00 and now he is back at sleep.At least he is drinking a lot,and i am changing his diaper everytime he wakes up,or every hour when he is awake,i just don't want him to get irritaded!!!

BBK I agree the move is good. I would not be able to live in a big city....I am happy having the mall just a few minutes away. Caleb sleep is good. He did wake up this morning at 5 because he had rolled over and his face was hitting the rail. Shelly- glad to hear Jesse is doing better. His sleeping hours sound like calebs sleeping hours. He went to sleep at 8 pm then woke up at 5 but went back to sleep right away until almost 9. And I am sure he will take a nap pretty soon. Yes I am still doing dream feeding. I tried to skip it one day and he woke up at 3 to eat. So I have to keep doing it.

Shelly big adjustment is no joke, but "having a kid is a life changing" is no joke too. Not giving anything to Anna.... those oragel drops are "cocaine" cousins so I won't use unless completely necessary. She does pick up a chew thing but most of the time she chews on things like her carrier and her hands. Poor Jesse! I'm glad he's recovering so well! Monica I can't stand malls, regardless of location, but I'm sure the other two members of the family love them :-)

Oh good,Jesse and Caleb are pretty close in age,so i don't have to worry about Jesse sleeping so much.Does Caleb stay awake most of the day....Jesse does,thats the reason i don't post as much as i used to ,like at this moment Jesse is sleeping on my lap,so i have 1 hand to type with.What toys do you have for Caleb; ...Chelsey,you snob-LOL- since YOU started this thread you could be join\ing us!!!!!

I'm sorry Shelly! I am so fricken' tired this morning, coffee isn't even resusitating me as it should! I'm not hung over... just wiped out! Hailey has been sick for the past few days, and today she is feeling a bit better... so she's once again keeping me on my toes! Plus, DH decided to stay home this morning from work! And when he's home, he's a computer hog! Funny though, today's my b-day, and he is the one who slept in! He better have one heck of a b-day present for me, or I'm gonna stay crabby all day!

typing with one hand right now.caleb takes cat naps through out the day unless we are out doing stuff then he sleeps the whole time..but caleb is happier when he sleeps a lot he gets grouchy with lack of sleep. he has the gym, soft b___s and toys.he likes to look at them, but cant exactly pick them up yet.i cant remember how old everyones baby is i think i will start a thread about babies age to refresh my mind :)

Oh i know how that iswith hubbies,Henk is the same way.And i can kiss the computer goodbye when he is home,one of the reasons i hardly post on weekends,i have my own laptop but he stll needs to fix it for me.Happy to know Hailey isdoing better,even though that means NO time for you.How is Gabriel during the day,is he awake for long period of time?

He gets up at about 9am, for about 2 hours... then he sleeps for about 2 hours, then he's up again.... this goes on until bedtime which is about 8pm. Sometimes thoughm he'll be up for 4 hours, and sleep for one, during the day. Depends on how much noise is going on around the house! Still sleeping throught the night! He's such a good little man! Jesse still sleeping throught the night? He had started too, hadn't he?

Either he sleeps through the night or he wakes up once,i guess we are starting to establish a little bit of a routine.So what kind of toys entertain Gabriel?

Gabriel likes anything! He has Peek-A-Blocks, that he loves! He likes to chew on plastic chain links, and he enjoys his Kick n' play piano..... he'll kick it for hours if I let him! His biggest entertainer though, is his big sister! He absolutely adores her! He finally noticed the cat too, so he's constantly laughing at it! Then ofcourse, I play silly with him! We play "Whose the baby?", in the mirror... and I bop him around the house to the theme song from the Pink Panther, and it totally cracks him up! Oh, he also likes his mobile in his crib! What does Jesse like?
