A variety of fruits---- Cut each fruit into quarters, then put into a bowl and cover to microwave for about 4 minutes. Chop fruit with an electric blender or chopper. You can use immediately or store by freezing in ice cube trays. When frozen, pop the fruit cubes out of the trays and transfer to freezer bags to store in freezer. You can also freeze them in clean baby food jars. Frozen or fresh vegetables---- Put the amount of vegetables you want to use in a ceramic or Corning Ware bowl with a little HOT water. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave for about 4 to 5 minutes. Chop vegetables using an electric blender or chopper. use imediatly or freeze in ice cube trays or cleaned baby food jars. dinners----desired meat, veggies fully cook meat or poultry without adding spices add fully cooked vegtables or fruits and puree freeze as you woulf fruits or veggies Tip: use the water you boil it in to thin it down when necciray as far as what fruit or veggie you use if it is something you use try it as long as it isnt very acidic like an orange it should be ok.
