i'm a br___tfeeding mom of a 1month old..recently after i feed her she seems to be throwing up and gagging. i wake up in the morning and she has vomit all over her. im afraid shes not going to turn her head one night and...please help

is she burping after feedings? i'd call your ped or lactation consultant.

Try the formula. Also go see a doctor. Another thing is she may be allergic to milk. I know I am allergic to milk and I had the same reaction.

For a while my baby was spitting up quite a bit after feedings. Sometimes it was projectile. I was worried it was vomit so I talked to my lactation consultant. She advised if weight gain is good and there are plenty of wet and dirty diapers not to be alarmed. She said my baby was self regulating and just getting rid of the excess milk he didn't need. She suggested that I only offer one b___st at a feeding and if he got hungry within an hour to go to the same b___st. He stopped the spitting up immediately and now only does it occasionally. I have also noticed that my milk supply has increased and he gets plenty of milk from ne b___st. His weight gain is still doing good. This is what worked for my baby. I would recommend contacting a lactation consultant.
