Potty Training And Going Back To Work

my daughter will be two on friday. she has been using the potty about two times a week since she was 18 months old. she knows exactly what it's for and she has no problems. the reason she isn't fully potty trained is because we moved to a new state and i didn't want to disrupt her learning. my question is this...i just started a new job and my 18 year old sister is watching her full time. do you think it's ok to try to potty train her fully now or is that asking my sister to do too much? should i only do it on weekends at first and progress with time? any input would be appreciated!! thanks!!

I think your sister would rather her be fully potty trained. Sure it is a little extra work for a few weeks but better a few weeks than months of changing diapers! I think if she knows what it is for and is ready to do it then it is fine!
