hi my baby has some red spots on her chin does anyone know what this is?

Most likely from the milk and saliva that found its way there. Not to worry, and if you happen to see those facial cleaning wipes (mustela I think) get some. They help a lot.

thanxs they do go away within a day so i didnt think it was acne or anything like that.
