My baby is 4 weeks old. He has a bright red raw looking spot on his bottom, between the crack. Looks really sore. doesn't seem to bother him when I wipe him. Do you think it could be the wipes, diapers, something I eat. He had it like a week ago and I got it under control with A&D ointment, now it is back. It looks so red. Anyone else have this problem? Any known cause? Thanks
