Hi to who wrote to me about the weather in Maine! Today is very very COLD and at the moment it is SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!! It is beautiful here in Maine I love the fall as well,there's so much color. Looks like we are going to have another snowy winter I dont think Steve will be making any snowmen this year (lol) maby next year...

We got there a little too soon to see the fall colors. That was the reason for going, but the weather was so nice that we had a great time anyway. We are both outdoors types and Maine is perfect for that. We did some hiking with baby in tow and one on the way. We liked it so much we were actually looking at real estate while we were there on vacation. Even if we don't move there, we plan on making regular fall time visits at the very least. Despite the cold weather you guys are having now, I am still very envious of you!

I live in Blackwood, New Jersey and have a 21 yr old, a 5 yr old, and a 6 week old.

To Naia's Mom, the houses here are very cheap! We just had a house built 2 months ago! We have 6 very wooded acres. We have lived here on this property for 7 years but just had to have a bigger house with the baby. At the end of our driveway there is a house for sale I think it's around $190,00 with 2 acres it's a very big house with a garage too. Listen to me I sound like a realistate agent (lol)..I'll keep you posted on the MAINE weather! When you came to Maine where did you stay? :O)

We were at almost all of your state parks. We were at Acadia for the longest and just around the Bar Harbor Area. We really wanted to go camping in Rangeley Lake, but being 4 months pregnant with a toddler along it just wasn't practical, but it was so nice. We were also at Baxter for a couple of days day hiking. Rangely and Acadia are our favorites and we wished we could have spent more time but we would have never seen everything. We even went up into some the more remote places in the Aroostook(?) County, like Presque Isle. Not very much to see up there, but we wanted the whole Maine experience. So we crammed as much as we could into 17 days. We didn't go to some of the bigger cities because we just weren't interested in doing the city thing. We flew into Bangor instead of Augusta. The baby was great with all of the driving and hiking! I was really surprised. The only wierd thing was everytime we asked about a good restaurant we were told about Chinese food someplace. I guess you guys are tired of seafood!

To Naia's Mom,The bar harbor area is very pretty! Chinese food (lol) that's funny...I love seafood,there are very good seafood restaurant's here. One of my favorites is only open for the spring and the summer. I hate when they close for the winter. Maby that's true for the true Mainers!(about the seafood) I'm from CT. Have a good day :O)

I live about 20 miles from Cincinnati, Ohio. We will be moving in a few months to my husbands family farm in IN. I have a six and a half month old son named Nathan Alexander.

Jbear i jsut came back from san antonio texas the other day for my husbands graduation it is so nice there.
