monica, she weighs 27 lbs even (as of last Sat).... we had to rush to babies-r-us right after the doc appointment to get her a new car seat. With the old one she would push the upholstery with her feet and try to get out of the restraint! I'm thinking of e-baying her infant carset. It's virtually brand new! Good luck to both of you with your appointments! Also question: Which exercauser is good? There are so many of them.... is there a "cla__sic" model? LOL

Hi Rachael yes caleb likes watching tv he watches baby mozart. I was going to ask you, since both Lucas and caleb have been on cereal for a while now are you starting with vegetables for his first food?

I have given him sweet potatoes and carrots so far, he loves carrots. I have been doing eacj one for 7 days because of his soy allergy I was told to go longer with the new food in case he will develop other allergies. I was thinking of giving him some pears this week. How about Caleb?

Sounds like Anna is going to be tall. I'm sure Lucas will be over 17 lbs, since 2 weeks ago he was 16.5. I can tell he is getting longer too. I'm 5'8", but dh is only 5'10" or so, but tall runs in my family, my dad is 6'5". It will be interesting to see which way he goes.

as far as the saucer...thank God I took my mom and she talked into the most basic one for $25 instead of the $100 with all the lights and music. I have the envenflo delux. Its good enough pretty soon he will be crawling and wont want to be in that thing. I think Caleb will be 17 lbs too on his next appointment. A couple of weeks he was a little over 16.5. Rachael i tried green peas yesterday for the first time and he loved them he could not stop smiling. I took plenty of pictures lol

That's so cute! I was going to wait on the green veggies because I was told the were the ga__sier ones, and poor baby has had a lot of gas issues. My grandma bought his excersaucer, so I was lucky. I wouldn't have paid 100.00 for it either, but my grandmother insisted and you don't argue with grandma.

Thank God he wasnt any ga__sier...I am trying the sweet potatoes after the green beans. I did a mistake and gave him the apples and that gave him gas.
BBK i forgot to mention. Have you ever sold anything on EBAY before? I have been selling stuff but what I have learned is that shipping is so expensive and people want things cheap. I have been selling things from .25 to 1.00 because it would be useless for them to buy when you add the shipping. Do you have a craisglist in your area? I wont sell calebs car seat on ebay but I am going to try craigslist so I can get more for it.

I didn't know tha tapples were so gaasy, too. Maybe I will do pears and bananas, then do greens, and go back to applesauce. He liked carrots way better than sweet potatoes.Let me know how sweet potatoes go!
