I am 39 weeks and have been told that I am having a big baby. He still has not engaged and I'm very uncomfortable. Any suggestions on how to help him engage/drop. My ribs need a break.

I have the same problem. The doctor told me that walking may help.

well my baby dint move into pelvis yet, but he is not bothering me into ribs either, what does that mean? i m in 38th week now, my dr has given an U/S which i will go tomm , dr said the baby is big, thats y he is not able t o fix in the pelvis, anybody with same problem? i want to deliver v____al birth, praying that baby gets into pelvis.

I am having that problem too, baby wont drop. I am now 40 wks and no sign that he is going to drop. I have tried walking.I did not want to be induced looks like thats what is going to happen

Does anybody know what 4/5 in pelvis means?? im overdue, does it mean the baby has engaged?/help?
