So about an hour and a half ago I started feeling like I was leaking. Almost like Im constantly going to the bathroom, but I cant make it stop. I put in a pad so my underwear doesnt feel so gross, but is this my water leaking or just discharge?

It sounds like it maybe did break. You need to call your OB and head to the hospital. They normally like to deliver you within 24 hours after your water breaks because of the risk of infection. Good luck, let me know what happens. Get going!!!

Yes it sounds like your water may have broken....go get it checked out girly girl!!!

I would definitely get it checked out, but there are a lot of things that leak at this point, lol. I thought my water broke last week because I bent over and felt a big gush, and it was enough that there was a fist-sized wet spot on my pants, not just my underwear (sorry, tmi). But it wasn't my water after all. There was another woman there who was in exactly the same situation, but we were both still glad we went in because it'll drive you crazy if you don't know, and if it was your water you need to deliver soon.
