Pain Early Labour Or Just Pain

Hello...I am due tomorrow, and I have been having some pain since early this morning. It is low in my abdomen in the pelvic region, It feels kinda like when you hold your bowels too long and it lasts between 1-3 minutes. I had this pain around 9-10am, then not again until 12-1pm...and then again at about 4pm...and another a few minutes ago.(10 to 6pm)...so only every few hours or so. My stomach dosn't feel harder than usual..I don't Think but again I am not sure. Should I call my doctor about this or just wait it out. I have a doc appt tomorrow afternoon. This is my first baby so I don't know what to expect and I can't find anything that sounds similar already posted. I have also been having show for just over a week...My doc hasn't checked to see if i am dialated or effaced at all yet...Please help me out if you can.

It won't hurt to call your doc and see what he says...it'll make you feel better as well. Good luck!

id wait till the appointment, early labor can last as long as 10 hours before you start to have contractions that start to dilate/efface the cervix. if you go to the hospital they'll most likely send you home or make you walk around and it will really irratae you, so try and relax, if it start to get worse then call, if not id wait till the appointment
