hi i am 13 years old i was raped and now pregnant i am getting close to my due date silly guestion but how do u push and how bad does it hurt i really need to know

I am so sorry to hear you were raped, but I am so proud of you for keeping the baby. I have had three children and I had my last one naturally, with no drugs. Pushing will come naturally for you, especially if you have this baby with no pain medication. If you have an epidural, you may need help to know when to push because you will not feel the sensation to push. Your body will begin to push the baby out and it will feel like a very large bowel movement. It does hurt and sting when the baby it coming out, but it doesn't last forever and once the baby is out it will be all over. And, if you decide to get an epidural you will feel no pain at all!
