i am almost due..on may 3rd. and for the last 2 days ive been having bad back pain and sharp pain down in my lower abdomen and groin. when i feel the pain i have bad pressure, I have no show and my water never broke yet. What is this pain??

I am due may 21st and I have the same pains. When the groin pain hits it feels like the baby is going to fall out and I cannot walk when this happens. If you find out an answer to your question please respond. Thx
