Toothbrush, shampoo, soap, pj's, comfy pants & shirt, sanitary pads, underwear, comfy shoes/slippers, b___st pads (if b___stfeeding), diapers, wipes, vaseline, baby soap/bodywash for infants, pj's for baby, baby lotion, car seat, snacks & drinks for your labour coach, ma__sage oil/lotion for labour, water, deoderant, brush, lip balm, hair ties, socks, camera, batteries, film, change for phone & vending machine, list of people to call when baby is born, blankets for baby.............sorry such a big list, but you want to be prepared right?

For me in labor-chap stick, something to make my breath not stink and stay moist (toothbrush, mouthwash, candy, etc), tank top (so my b___bs are flopping around unfer the gown), my rice sock (my doula made it for me), hair ties, music. I think that's it. My doula has a bag of stuff, too, like ma__sagers, lotion, etc.

The best advice I have heard so far is to pack for 4 days-just in case you end up staying longer... Whats a rice bag & what's it used for?
