no, what do i need in my labour bag?

For me in labor-chap stick, something to make my breath not stink and stay moist (toothbrush, mouthwash, candy, etc), tank top (so my b___bs are flopping around unfer the gown), my rice sock (my doula made it for me), hair ties, music. I think that's it. My doula has a bag of stuff, too, like ma__sagers, lotion, etc.

The best advice I have heard so far is to pack for 4 days-just in case you end up staying longer... Whats a rice bag & what's it used for?
